Graduate of the University of Warsaw and Executive MBA studies at the Warsaw University of Technology. Has been involved in HR at mBank Group for over 14 years. HR Director at mBank Group for half a year, previously responsible for, among other things, remuneration policy, HR cost management, human resources and payroll, benefits, issues related to organizational development and digitalization of these processes. Currently also responsible for the proper security of employee data in the bank’s systems.
