Experience 

I graduated Law, from The University of Szczecin. 

I succeed to develop and scale up internationally, a large company in less than 2,5-year operating in 5 European countries with nearly 7 000 employees. 

 During my career, I have been working with 20 nationalities in 6 time zones, scaling up internationally 4 startups with large financial success.  

• I did use the skills and knowledge to build and launch my own business Woonti. 
• What’s more, I have left well paid top management job in a global corporation and on top of that invested all my private savings into Woonti development.  

I have not found a tool or solution to recruit fast, cost-efficient, and competence-driven so I did develop this missing tool myself. I have the support of experts in AI and ML, an IT team, a professional recruitment team, and sales.  

We know we are market disruptors, we are certain that from the technology perspective and the way we work with the competence model we are unique in the market. 

The concept is global, currently in 6 countries
