I provide legal services in the fields of intellectual property law, IT and new technologies, telecommunications, insurance and financial law, commercial and management law and corporate governance, data protection, information protection and security, medicinal products or medical devices and their distribution, and more broadly in the field of assessing compliance of businesses with legal requirements (compliance).  

I am intensively developing legal services for entrepreneurs in the field of personal data protection, also advising on a number of related specialties (e.g., building and managing IT policies, business continuity plans, classification of confidential information, building IT structures and IT purchases).  

We support the negotiation of IT contracts and the implementation of IT systems and procedures, paying particular attention to system and data security. This includes not only data qualified as personal, but various other categories of data (most often also being personal data) – insurance, health, children’s. We follow with interest the development of IT markets and services, electronically delivered services, technology developments and accompanying solutions or proposals for legal solutions.  

As the firm’s managing partner, I also have experience as a long-time head of the legal department of a large company, as well as a university lecturer. I have also performed various tasks for the professional self-government – the chamber of legal advisors.  

I have extensive experience in intangible rights issues, especially intellectual property, including in the area of copyright and related rights, protection of personal property, elements of industrial property protection. I have led or advised on major projects of audiovisual production, broadcasting or further distribution of such creations (in various fields of exploitation), relations with rights holders and collective rights management organizations.  

My experience and that of my team includes cooperation with Polish and international entities, including capital groups.
